At Lula, we enjoy good company and during breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is not the exception. Accompanying meals with good bread will always be a pleasure.
But baking bread is not a simple task, it is an art that has united families and communities for decades. A good homemade bread, with good taste, perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, gives us pleasure and great satisfaction in every bite.
At Lula we are proud that we found our way of baking bread inspired by our ancestors, with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. We do not use standardized bakery products.
Our sourdough, the primary raw material for our bread, pastries and pizza, is homemade and has a long resting period, which allows our products to have exceptional sensory and nutritional properties. In addition to this, we use fresh ingredients from the best sources to provide a sensory experience that takes our products to another level.
